    • The consultation as text, in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu or the mix that was spoken
    • English notes of what the patient said and what you said, ready to file
    • Pro: a summary of one patient's last few visits, with each visit named
    A real scenario

    A follow-up visit at a small clinic

Dr. Ravi runs a clinic where most patients speak Tamil and some speak Hindi. With each patient's consent he records the consultation and keeps the recordings in a folder per patient. Before a follow-up he asks the folder to summarise the patient's last 3 visits. The answer lists what the patient reported and what was discussed, visit by visit, with each recording named. He checks it against his own records and starts the consultation. (An illustration of how the app works, not a real customer.)

    Record → ask → get

    1. 1 · Record or dictate

Record the consultation in the browser with the patient's consent, or dictate your notes after they leave. Free files can be up to 100 minutes.

    2. 2 · Get English notes

You get the transcript in the language that was spoken and a summary in the style you pick. Translate it into English, or any of 50+ languages, in one tap.

    3. 3 · Ask a patient folder

Select a patient's recordings or their folder and ask "Summarize this patient's last 3 visits". Every answer names the visit it came from (Pro).

    Example

You ask: “Summarize this patient's last 3 visits.”

Example answer: "Visit 1: reported knee pain when climbing stairs (Source: Consultation, 2 Feb). Visit 2: said the pain was less in the mornings (Source: Consultation, 1 Mar). Visit 3: asked about going back to evening walks (Source: Consultation, 5 Apr)."

You ask: “Where was the evening walk discussed, and in which recording?”

Example answer: "It came up in the third visit, when the patient asked about walking for 20 minutes after dinner (Source: Consultation, 5 Apr)."

    You ask: “Explain in Tamil”

Example answer: The same visit notes written in simple Tamil, so you can go over them with the patient or a family member.

Examples show what chat does with your own recordings; the answers only repeat and organise what was said. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Every visit of a patient, asked together

Keep a folder per patient, or per clinic day, and ask it a question. hearlog reads every recording in it and tells you which visit each point came from. The free plan includes 2 folders; Pro gives you as many as you need and lets you ask across them.

    • Summarize this patient's last 3 visits
    • Where was ___ discussed, and in which recording?
    • Summarize all selected on one topic
    • Explain in ___

    Is patient information private?

Recordings and notes are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256, database level) and sent over HTTPS. Each account can open only its own notes. No meeting bot joins your calls — you record or upload yourself. Follow your hospital's consent and record-keeping rules.

    Which languages does it understand?
