Questions
Is the PDF to text tool really free?
Yes, with no sign-up: one PDF up to 5 pages and 5 MB, up to 5 times a day. To keep the tool free for everyone it has a daily limit; if it is reached, it is back the next day. Get Pro (₹2,990/year or ₹299/month) to save PDFs as notes with a summary, keep them in folders and ask a whole folder one question — e.g. "Which order set the next hearing date?"
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Yes, if the scan is clear. Poor scans, complex tables and unusual layouts can come out with errors, so check important details against the original.
Can I translate or summarise the PDF?
Paste the text into the free text translator, or sign up: inside hearlog (Pro) you can upload PDFs and get a summary and translation saved as a note.
What do I get if I sign up?
A free account gives you 300 minutes a month to record or upload lectures, meetings and calls, with transcripts, five summary styles, translation into 50+ languages and 2 folders. Pro (₹299/month) adds text from YouTube, photos and PDFs straight into your notes, and one question across all your recordings.
