Is hearlog free?
Yes. The free plan gives you 300 minutes a month, files up to 100 minutes, summaries, translation and 2 folders, with no card. Pro is ₹2,990/year or ₹299/month ($49 / $6.99 outside India) and adds chat across recordings, 2-hour files, 10 files at once and unlimited transcription (fair use).
Does a bot join my calls?
No. hearlog never joins a call. You record in the browser — in a classroom, courtroom corridor or meeting room — or upload a recording you already have. That also makes it work for in-person conversations.
Is my data private?
Your notes are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256, at the database level) and sent over HTTPS, and only your account can read them. You can delete any note, or your whole account, from the app.
